Fitness Worx, a successful independent gym group based in Coventry and Warwickshire, has secured a six-figure Cash Flow Loan through Navigate Commercial Finance to open its eighth site.
The new flagship venue in Coventry will be a major addition to the group, with capacity for up to 1,000 members. Funding was required to cover fit-out costs and the purchase of high-quality gym equipment for the new facility.
Having successfully supported the opening of a previous gym in 2023, our team already had a strong understanding of the business, its management team, and long-term strategic vision. This established relationship enabled us to move quickly and identify the ideal funding solution.
We arranged a Cash Flow Loan backed by the Midlands Engine Investment Fund II. The facility has provided the necessary capital for the deposit on equipment and associated fit-out costs, ensuring the new site can open on schedule.
