It’s been another exciting period of growth for the team at Navigate Commercial Finance, and we’re delighted to share some great news from across the business.
As Navigate continues to grow, we’re proud to see members of our team developing alongside the business, taking on new responsibilities and continuing to strengthen the support we provide to our clients, professional partners and introducers.
As mentioned we were delighted to welcome Ben Hayward to the Navigate Commercial Finance board as Commercial Director in July.
In his new role, Ben will work closely with Managing Director Paul Varley to help drive the next stage of Navigate’s growth, developing relationships with businesses, professional advisers and funding partners.
Ben’s experience and knowledge of the commercial finance market is a fantastic addition to the team, and we’re looking forward to seeing the impact he’ll have as Navigate continues to develop.
There’s also been some fantastic news for Adam Cooksley, who has been promoted to Business Development Director.
Adam has been with Navigate for four years and brings 15 years’ experience supporting SMEs across a wide range of industries. During his time with Navigate, he has played an important role in developing relationships across the Midlands and helping businesses access the funding they need to support their ambitions.
Adam’s promotion recognises the contribution he has made to the business and reflects the continued growth of both Navigate and our business development team.
Adam was also recognised as Business Development Manager of the Year in 2025 for his contribution to the Midlands business community, so his promotion is another great milestone in what has been an excellent period of development.
And finally, a big well done to Cormac Parize, who has successfully passed his six-month probation with Navigate.
Cormac joined the business in January as a New Business Associate, strengthening our business development team and supporting SME owners across Lichfield, Staffordshire and the surrounding areas.
With previous experience at PwC and BDO, Cormac brought a strong financial background to the team, and over the last six months he has quickly settled into life at Navigate.
It’s been great to see Cormac building relationships, getting out and about across the region and becoming an important part of the team.
We’re looking forward to seeing what the next six months and beyond brings!
