Introduced to us by the business’ interim FD to review their existing bank Invoice Finance facility that was restricting funding even before management’s growth plans were considered.
This long-established business has a proven track record in delivering profits and wanted a new facility to provide certainty of funds and simplify lender administration.
The lender secured bought in to the growth plans and doubled the funding limit, increased the prepayment (generating more availability out of the ledger), lowered the charges, and softened the security structure. A win on every component but most importantly the new facility provides certainty of funds enabling the business to achieve their growth aspirations.
