    Navigate Advises Fishers on £345,000 Acquisition Funding

    Navigate Commercial Finance is delighted to have advised Birmingham-based property management agency Fishers on securing a £345,000 business loan to support its strategic acquisition of Whittle Estates & Property Services.

    Established in Harborne, Fishers manages around 600 properties for over 250 landlords with a team of 12 staff. The deal will expand its portfolio to approximately 750 properties, strengthening its position in the West Midlands market.

    The funding was provided by the Midlands Engine Investment Fund II, managed by Frontier Development Capital. Our team delivered expert guidance to navigate the fundraising process efficiently, enabling this key growth step for the historic agency.
