Paul Varley said “I’m thrilled Ian has joined the team at Navigate in a sales capacity helping businesses raise the most appropriate funding. Ian has a wealth of experience in supporting businesses from a career forged in banking, finance, and accountancy so his skillset is second to none. 2025 is set to be another interesting year for businesses so having Ian on the ground and visible in Lichfield and the surrounding areas, gives the professional community and their clients a trusted partner to discuss their strategic funding plans with.”

Ian adds: “I was absolutely delighted to join the fabulous team at Navigate Commercial Finance and be able to deliver great finance solutions for businesses across Staffordshire and the north Midlands. These are challenging times for SMEs, and I know that many businesses struggle to find the capital needed to grow. My role is to use my experience and expertise to make raising finance easier for both the funder and borrower. I’m excited to have the opportunity to help business owners get the right solution and grow profitable businesses.”
