Navigate Commercial Finance is pleased to announce the promotion of Adam Cooksley to Business Development Director.
Adam brings 15 years’ experience supporting SME growth and was named Young Business Development Professional of the Year at Insider’s Midlands Young Professionals Awards 2025. Since joining the firm four years ago, he has played an important role in its success, particularly across Coventry and Warwickshire.
In his new role, Adam will continue to develop relationships with businesses, professional advisers and lenders across the Midlands, helping more SMEs access the funding they need.
The appointment follows the firm’s five-year anniversary. Navigate has now arranged more than £100 million of funding for over 200 businesses and remains focused on supporting both client growth and the long-term development of its team.
